Billing FAQs
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro and Consultant tiers. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All your historical data (assessments, workflows, results) is preserved. You'll still be able to view past assessments but won't be able to create new ones beyond the Free tier limits.
