Before You Start

Many issues can be resolved by trying these steps first:

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser (Chrome works best)
  • Check your internet connection

Account & Login Issues

Can't log in to my account
  • 1.Check that you're using the correct email address
  • 2.Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
  • 3.Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • 4.Try a different browser or incognito mode
  • 5.Make sure you've verified your email address
Not receiving verification email
  • 1.Check your spam/junk folder
  • 2.Wait 5 minutes and check again
  • 3.Click "Resend Verification Email" on the verification page
  • 4.Add noreply@cogniflow.ai to your contacts
  • 5.Try signing up with a different email

Voice Features Issues

Microphone not working
  • 1.Click the lock/info icon in your browser's address bar and allow microphone access
  • 2.Check your system settings to ensure the correct microphone is selected
  • 3.Make sure no other application is using the microphone
  • 4.Try refreshing the page after granting permission
  • 5.Use Chrome for best compatibility
Poor transcription accuracy
  • 1.Move to a quieter environment
  • 2.Speak more slowly and clearly
  • 3.Position your microphone closer to your mouth
  • 4.Use a headset with a built-in microphone
  • 5.Edit the transcription manually before submitting
No audio playback
  • 1.Check your device volume isn't muted
  • 2.Ensure the voice assistant isn't muted in the app
  • 3.Try clicking the "Replay Question" button
  • 4.Check that your browser allows audio playback
  • 5.Try a different browser

Assessment Issues

Assessment won't start
  • 1.Refresh the page and try again
  • 2.Clear your browser cache
  • 3.Ensure you're logged in
  • 4.Check your internet connection
  • 5.Try a different browser
Lost assessment progress
  • 1.Log back in - your progress is automatically saved
  • 2.Click "Resume Assessment" from the dashboard
  • 3.If progress is truly lost, you may need to start over
  • 4.Contact support if this happens repeatedly
Can't submit answers
  • 1.Ensure your answer is at least 10 characters
  • 2.Check your internet connection
  • 3.Try typing instead of voice input
  • 4.Refresh the page and try again

Workflow Builder Issues

Canvas not loading
  • 1.Refresh the page
  • 2.Clear browser cache
  • 3.Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • 4.Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
  • 5.Check that JavaScript is enabled
Can't connect nodes
  • 1.Drag from the output handle (right side) to the input handle (left side)
  • 2.Ensure nodes are close enough to connect
  • 3.Delete and recreate the nodes if connection fails
  • 4.Check that you're not trying to connect a node to itself
Analysis not completing
  • 1.Ensure all nodes have descriptions
  • 2.Make sure nodes are properly connected
  • 3.Wait up to 60 seconds for complex workflows
  • 4.Refresh and try analyzing again
  • 5.Try with a simpler workflow first

Connection Issues

Slow loading or timeouts
  • 1.Check your internet connection
  • 2.Try refreshing the page
  • 3.Clear browser cache
  • 4.Disable VPN if you're using one
  • 5.Try during off-peak hours
Features not working
  • 1.Ensure JavaScript is enabled
  • 2.Disable ad blockers for cogniflow.ai
  • 3.Update your browser to the latest version
  • 4.Clear cookies and site data
