Creating Your Account
Setting up your CogniFlow account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Sign Up Page
Visit the CogniFlow website and click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar, or click the "Get Started" button on the homepage.
Enter Your Details
Fill in the registration form with your information:
How you'd like to be addressed in the app
Your email will be used for login and notifications
Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters)
Verify Your Email
After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Complete Onboarding Wizard
Once verified, you'll go through a mandatory 5-step onboarding wizard. This is required before accessing the platform and helps personalize your experience.
Fields: Display name, job role/title
Why: Used for personalization and addressing you in the app
Fields: Company name, industry, company size, country
Why: Tailors assessment questions and recommendations to your context
Fields: Select AI tools you currently use (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
Why: Helps understand your current AI maturity level
Fields: User type (Consultant/Business/Individual), sector preference
Why: Customizes the platform interface and features shown to you
Fields: Review all your information
Why: Verify everything is correct before completing setup
Returning Users
If you're a returning user who hasn't completed onboarding, your existing profile data will be pre-filled. Just review and confirm to complete setup.
Pro Tip
Use your work email for the best experience. CogniFlow will tailor recommendations based on your organization's industry and size.
Common Issues
Not receiving verification email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Click "Resend Verification Email" on the verification page
- Wait a few minutes and try again
Password requirements
- Minimum 6 characters
- We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
