What is an Action Plan?
Based on your assessment responses, CogniFlow generates a personalized action plan with specific steps to improve your AI readiness. Each step is:
Targeted
Addresses specific gaps identified in your assessment
Actionable
Concrete steps you can take immediately
Prioritized
Ordered by impact and feasibility
Navigating Your Action Plan
Access your action plan from the "Action Plan" tab in your results wizard:
Progress Overview
See your overall progress at the top - how many steps you've completed out of the total.
Category Steps
Steps are organized by assessment category. Expand each category to see specific actions.
AI-Powered
Recommendations are generated based on AI analysis of your specific responses.
Completing Action Steps
As you work on your AI readiness, you can track progress by completing action steps:
Select Steps to Complete
Click on the checkbox next to any steps you want to mark as complete. You can select multiple steps at once.
Add Notes (Optional)
Document what you did or any relevant information. This helps track your progress and provides context for future reference.
Save Progress
Click "Save & Complete Steps" to update your progress. Your completion percentage will update automatically.
How Action Plans Affect Your Score
Action Plan Bonus
Completing action steps contributes to your overall score! Your final score is calculated as:
- • 90% - Assessment score (from your answers)
- • 10% - Action plan completion bonus
This means you can improve your score over time by taking action on recommendations.
Tips for Success
- Start with quick wins - Focus on steps that are easy to complete but have high impact.
- Address critical categories first - If a category is marked as "Needs Work," prioritize those action steps.
- Set regular check-ins - Review your action plan weekly or monthly to track progress.
- Document everything - Use the notes feature to record what you've done. This is valuable for team communication and audits.
- Retake when ready - After completing significant actions, consider retaking the assessment to see your improved score.
Retaking the Assessment
After implementing changes, you may want to retake the assessment to measure improvement:
- Go to your dashboard and click "Retake" on the Assessment card
- Confirm that you want to reset your previous results
- Complete the assessment again with updated information
- Compare your new score to see how you've improved
